We Are In This Together

Covid-19 is not just a public health crisis, it's a threat that affects entire societies and economies. We are all in this together and together we are going to get through this.

The current situation is forcing people around the world to evaluate a new way to get their business done while keeping employees safe.

Steps We are Taking

  • For Our Employees and The Community - We continue to listen to the WHO and CDC and are taking the appropriate measures to help limit the spread of the virus. Just as at your companies, we are focused on the health and safety of our employees and their families and the extended community. This week, we implemented a work from home policy for all but a minimal set of staff required to support critical operations of our business. We also created a flexible environment for our employees to thrive and engage as virtual teams during a time of challenging isolation.
  • For the Economy - It is vitally important to ensure business continuity - we are open for business. Leveraging the knowledge we have amassed over the years developing collaboration and remote production tools, we are equipped and ready to support you during this time.

We Have Walked the Path

With our team in China, we have experience working through the impact of COVID-19. In the middle of a key customer deployment, large parts of China went into lockdown. During 50+ days of shelter in place, our Head of China Sales, Sherry Li (along with teams from Tencent in China, and EditShare teams in Watertown, MA, Basingstoke, UK, Warsaw, Poland, and other offices), orchestrated development, workflow design, and shipping of an EditShare system for one of our largest projects in China - all from her living room. This was all possible due to remote collaboration.

How EditShare Can Help

  • Our media management solution, Flow, is available for FREE through July 1, 2020, not only to our current EditShare customers, but to anyone working to simplify storytelling and keep our communities connected.

  • We are setting up a series of interactive webinars, blogs, and demonstrations to facilitate discussions with our experts that will include tips and tools that you can utilize to help maintain productivity during these challenging times. Our first webinar, focusing on remote production, will happen Wednesday, March 25th in two sessions: Session 1, 9am ET and Session 2, 5pm PT. We will share how we are working with AWS and other industry partners to bring you three remote collaboration solutions that can be implemented with your teams. We invite you to join us to share your remote production experiences, ask questions, and be part of the conversation. Register for your preferred webinar session below.
